콜 택시

To signal something or someone to stop:

 I flagged down a taxi when it started raining. 

When we ran out of gas, we flagged the police officer down 

to ask for help.

Where can I flag down[catch] a taxi?

[택시를 어디서 잡을 수 있을까?]

Taxis usually don't come up this way.

[택시는 대개 이 쪽으로는 잘 안 오지.]

No wonder. There isn't a single taxi in sight.

[어쩐지.. 택시가 한 대도 안 보이더라.]

You should just call a cab. [택시 전화로 불러~]

All you have to do is call the call center. 

[콜 센터에 전화 하기만 하면 돼.]

And tell the operator where you are and where you want to go.

[그리고 전화 교환원한테 네가 어디있는지 말하고 어디가고 싶은 지 이야기해.]

Will they charge me extra? [추가로 요금을 더 부과해?]

There is a small fee that's added to the total fare.

[전체 요금에 조금 더 더해지는 요금이 있어.]

It depends on your location and the cabs that are available.
