squeeze in: (바쁜데도 불구하고) ~을 위한 짬을 내다

Jooch      주치는 피터 생일파티에 가기 위해 잠시 짬을 냈어요.

 Peter       Jooch squeezed in Peter's birthday party into his schedule.

 Jooch      지하철을 탄 주치는 사람들이 많아 창문쪽에 바짝 붙었어요.

 Peter       On the packed subway Jooch had to squeeze up against the window.

 Jooch      그런데 승객들이 다 못타자 밖에서 사람들을 밀어 넣었어요.

 Peter       More passengers tried to squeeze into the train. 

 Jooch      겨우 도착한 주치는 아무도 없고 혼자 오렌지를 짜서 

                먹고 있는 피터를 발견했어요. 

 Peter       Jooch arrived in the end to find Peter alone, 

                squeezing an orange and eating it. 

 Jooch      아뿔싸!! 알고보니 파티는 내일이었고, 주치는 다시 지하철을 타서 창문에 붙은 채 행복하게 살았답니다. 

 Peter       It turned out that the party was tomorrow so Jooch got back on the subway, squeezed up against the window and lived happily ever after.

2. To force one's way into a tight space: Just as the elevator door was closing, one more person squeezed in.
