It's what we call cold noodles in Korea. It's a popular dish in summer.

There are two types: 물냉면 and 비빔면
물냉면 is served in icy cold broth. 비빔냉면 is mixed in spicy red pepper paste.

the dish is topped with veggies, Korea pears, a hard-boiled egg and thin slices of beef.
