죽: porridge

Koreans often eat rice porridge.

You first need glass noodles to make 잡채.

You mix the noodles (up) with veggies, mushrooms and thinly sliced beef.


What does 잡채 mean?


The Chinese character for 잡 means "mix" and 채 means vegetables.
